Bread omelette

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Total time: 15 minutes Serve: 1 Ingredients: 2 pieces of bread, 2 eggs, Salt as per taste, 1/2 medium sized onion chopped, 1 green chili chopped, 2 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Method: Step 1: Break eggs in a bowl. Step 2: Add salt, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, black pepper in the egg bowl and mix well. Step 3: Beat the egg mixture well and keep aside. Step 4: In a pan toast the bread to golden ( we can use toaster also). Step 5: In the pan, add 1 tsp oil on medium heat. Step 6: Pour the egg mixture into the pan to prepare the omelette.
