Prawn curry in coconut milk Recipe

preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Total time: 40 minutes Serving: 4 Ingredients:  250 gms prawns ( cleaned and deveined ), 2 medium sized onions, 2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 medium sized tomato, 250 gms / 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped. Method: Step 1: Add lemon juice to 250 gms of prawns and cover the juice on prawns properly by mixing it. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and cook the prawns in oil on low flame by covering the pan for 15 minutes. Step 3: Add chopped onions in it and cook for 2 minutes.   Step 4: Now add 1 cup of water into it and mix it. Step 5: Add 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tsp ginger paste in the pan and cook for 1 minute. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Total time: 45 minutes Serving: 2 Ingredients: 4 eggs ( boiled and peeled), 2 medium sized onions, 1 tomato, 2 bay leaves, 1 tbsp ginger chopped/ paste, 1 tbsp garlic chopped/ paste, 3-4 green chillies, Salt as per taste, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped. Preparation time: 30 minutes Cook time: 45 minutes Total time: 75 minutes Serve: 4 Ingredients: 3/4 cup rice, 1 litre full fat milk, 6 tbsp sugar / as required, 5-6 green cardamom powder ( choti elaichi powder) 10-12 almond blanched and sliced, 10-12 cashews ( kaju).    Method:  Step 1: Rinse the rice with water and soak in enough water for 30 minutes. Step 2: Heat milk and let it come to boil.     Step 3: Drain the rice and keep it aside. Step 4: Reduce the flame and add the rice. Step 5: Stir and simmer the milk and let the rice grains cook. Step 6: Cooking of rice in the milk takes about approx 35-40 minutes on low flame. Stir it at regular intervals. Step 7: Add the sugar and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
