Preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes Total time: 35 minutes Serving: 2-3 Ingredients: 1.5 cup besan/ gram flour, 1/2 tsp green chillies ( finely chopped), 1/2 tsp ginger ( finely chopped/ grated), 1 cup potatoes peeled and finely chopped, 1 cup onions finely chopped, Salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain/ carom seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, Oil to fry.            Method: Step 1: In a mixing bowl, mix besan with red chili powder, ajwain, salt, turmeric powder.
