How to prepare rava uttapam or quick and instant sooji uttapam recipe: Method: Step 1: Mix the rava ( sooji) , curd ( yogurt) and salt in a mixing bowl. Step 2: Mix well using spoon by gradually adding water ( approx. 1 cup) until batter has thick yet watery consistency ( slightly thicker than dosa batter). Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Step 3: Mix the chopped veggies ( onion, tomato, chilli) in the batter. Step 4: Mix well and check again for consistency.
