How to make chicken wings recipe: step by step photos-

Step 1: Wash wings and marinate it with salt, pepper, herbs and chilli powder.
Step 2: Mix flour, pepper and salt in a bag and add chicken wings in it. Roll the bag to evenly coat the flour on the chicken wings.
   
Step 3: Preheat oven at 350 *c . Take baking tray and arrange chicken wings on it. Spray some oil on wings. Bake the wings till it's done. Turn the sides of the wings once in between cooking. Usually it take 30 minutes.
     
Step 4: Toss the wings in sauce to coat the sauce. While wings is being cooked, let's make sauce.

Sauce method:

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and sauté till brown, add ginger and cook.
Step 2: Add vinegar and brown sugar, cook till reduced.
Step 3: Now add chilli sauce, chilli powder, black pepper, salt and mix all for 2-3 sec.
   
Step 4: Add cooked chicken wings in the sauce and toss. Serve hot.
Step 5: You can garnish the wings with chopped coriander leaves and chopped spring onions.

Ingredients:

For chicken wings:

  • Chicken wings- 10-12 pieces ( skin on or without skin),
  • Salt as per taste,
  • Pepper- 1 tsp,
  • Dry herbs - 1/4 tsp,
  • 1 big plastic bag,
  • All purpose flour - 4 tsp,
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp,
  • Foil for baking tray,
  • Oil spray.

For sauce:

  • Oil - 1 tbsp,
  • Garlic- 1tsp, finely chopped,
  • Ginger- 1 tsp, paste/ finely chopped,
  • Vinegar- 2 tbsp,
  • Brown sugar- 2 tbsp,
  • Chilli sauce- 3 tbsp,
  • Chili powder- 1/2 tsp,
  • Black pepper- a pinch,
  • Salt as per taste.

For garnish:

  • Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp,
  • Chopped spring onions- 1 tbsp.
