Preparation time: 15 min Cook time: 45 min Total time: 1 hour Serving: 6  Ingredients : 700 gms mutton pieces, 3tbsp oil, 3 medium sized onions finely chopped,  2tbsp ginger garlic paste/ finely chopped, 4 green chilli finely chopped,  Salt to taste, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2tbsp turmeric powder, 2tbsp coriander seed powder, 1 medium sized tomato, 1tbsp garam masala powder, 2 red chillies (optional), 2 bay leaves (optional).           How to prepare mutton curry recipe:  Instructions: Step 1: Wash mutton well under running water.
