Pizza recipe Without yeast

Cook time: 25 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

For pizza dough:

  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour, 
  • 2 3/4 tsp baking powder,        
  • 1 tbsp salt, 
  • 1 tbsp oil,
  • 1 cup water.

For pizza toppings:

  • Pizza sauce or tomato sauce as required, 
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels,
  • 1 medium sized Capsicum cut into pieces,
  • 1 small sized Onion cut into pieces,
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese grated,
  • 1 tsp Oregano,
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes,
  • Salt as per taste,
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper.
              
     

Method:

Step 1: For pizza dough, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl ( flour, baking powder, salt). Add oil and water and knead to form a soft dough.
 
Step 2: Knead the dough on floured surface for 5 minutes.
         
Step 3: Roll into desired shape to form pizza base.
Step 4: Spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on the pizza base.
Step 5: Now add toppings ( corn kernels, capsicum, onion, ). Sprinkle some salt, black pepper and oregano on the toppings.
        
Step 6: Add desire amount of cheese on the pizza toppings.
Step 7: Bake the pizza at 200C ( 400F) for 20-25 minutes.
 
Step 8: Cut the pizza with the help of pizza knife.
 
Step 9: Pizza is ready Sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot.
