Pizza recipe Without yeast

Ingredients:
For pizza dough:
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour,
- 2 3/4 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tbsp salt,
- 1 tbsp oil,
- 1 cup water.
For pizza toppings:
- Pizza sauce or tomato sauce as required,
- 1/2 cup corn kernels,
- 1 medium sized Capsicum cut into pieces,
- 1 small sized Onion cut into pieces,
- 1/2 cup mozzarella Cheese grated,
- 1 tsp Oregano,
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes,
- Salt as per taste,
- 1/2 tspBlack pepper.
Method:
Step 1: For pizza dough, mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl ( flour, baking powder, salt). Add oil and water and knead to form a soft dough.
Step 4: Spread pizza sauce or tomato sauce on the pizza base.
Step 5: Now add toppings ( corn kernels, capsicum, onion, ). Sprinkle some salt, black pepper and oregano on the toppings.
