Prawn curry in coconut milk Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250 gms prawns ( cleaned and deveined ),
- 2 medium sized onions,
- 2 tsp ginger paste,
- 1 tsp garlic paste,
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,
- 1 tsp cumin powder,
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder,
- 1 medium sized tomato,
- 250 gms / 1 cup coconut milk,
- 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped.
Method:
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and cook the prawns in oil on low flame by covering the pan for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and a finely chopped tomato and cook until liquid is gone.
