Aalu paratha

Ingredients:
For stuffing:
- 2 medium sized boiled potatoes and mashed,
- 1/2 tbsp finely chopped green chili,
- 1 medium sized onion,
- 1 tsp grated ginger,
- 1 tsp grated garlic,
- Salt as per taste,
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1/4 tsp garam masala,
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder,
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds,
For dough:
- 2 cup wheat flour,
- 1/4 tsp salt,
- 1/2 tsp oil,
- Water as required,
For frying:
Step 3: Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Now add all spices- coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and sautée for few seconds.
Step 8: Add mashed potatoes into it. Mix it properly and cook for 1 minute. Now stuffing is ready, let it cool.
Step 9: After 15 minutes knead the dough again to make it smooth.
Step 11: Place few tsp of the filling in the dough bowl. Keep in mind that the filling should not be too less or too much.
Step 15: When one side has slightly browned flip the paratha. Spread / brush some oil on the browned side.
