Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup besan/ gram flour,
- 1/2 tsp green chillies ( finely chopped),
- 1/2 tsp ginger ( finely chopped/ grated),
- 1 cup potatoes peeled and finely chopped,
- 1 cup onions finely chopped,
- Salt to taste,
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder,
- 1/4 tsp ajwain/ carom seeds,
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
- Oil to fry.
Method:
Step 3: Then add chopped potatoes, onions,green chili,ginger and mix properly. Batter for pakora is ready.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, then drop some portion of batter in the pan to make pakora, then deep fry them on medium flame till they become golden.
