How to make steamed fish in aluminum foil recipe: step by step photos:
Ingredients:
- Fish fillets or whole fish,
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander leaves,
- 1-2 inch ginger piece,
- 12 garlic cloves,
- 6 green chilies,
- Salt as per taste,
- 1 tbsp vinegar,
- Aluminum foil.
Method:
Step1: Wash the fish well under running water. Drain completely and keep it aside.
Step 2: Grind the coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chilies, salt and vinegar into a fine paste with 2 tbsp water. Transfer paste into a plate or bowl.
Step 4: Place the fish on aluminum foil and bring the edges together and seal to make the envelope. Seal the foil properly from all sides.
Step 5: Heat the non-stick pan and place the packed foil in the pan. Cover it with lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Fish is ready, sprinkle some lime juice and serve hot.
