Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of bread,
- 2 eggs,
- Salt as per taste,
- 1/2 medium sized onion chopped,
- 1 green chili chopped,
- 2 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Method:
Step 7: Now dip the toasted bread slice in the egg mixture and flip the bread so that the plain side of the bread over omelet.
Step 9: Cook it for another 2 minutes on low flame. Bread omelet is ready to serve.
