Sweet corn curry/ corn capsicum masala recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sweet corn kernels boiled,
- 1 medium sized Capsicum, chopped,
- 2 medium sized Onion,
- 1 tbsp Ginger grated or paste,
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped or paste,
- 2 green chilies, chopped,
- 1 medium sized Tomato,purée,
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream,
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi,
- 1 tbsp oil,
- 1 tsp cumin seeds,
- 1 tsp red chili powder,
- 2 tsp coriander powder,
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1 tsp garam masala,
- Salt as per taste,
- 1 cup water.
Method:
Step 1: Boil the corn kernels and keep it aside.
Step 6: Add dry spices- coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and salt and mix it.
Step 7: Cook till all the spices blends well with the gravy.
Step 8: Add diced capsicum and water, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes till the capsicum is softens.
